How long does it take to pave a commercial parking lot?

A standard commercial parking lot can typically be paved in one to three days. We can phase the project to keep part of the lot accessible if needed.

Do you handle line painting after parking lot paving?

Yes, we offer line painting as part of a complete parking lot package — stalls, fire lanes, accessible parking, and directional markings.

What asphalt thickness is standard for commercial parking lots?

For commercial and light industrial lots we typically install 2–3 inches of compacted asphalt over a properly prepared granular base, adjusted for expected traffic load.
